POLL: Tax Breaks for Emission Reducing Technology?

Despite the number of tax breaks afforded to companies running??fleets of low emission vehicles, there isn't the same relief for those who reduce their fleet's CO2 emissions by investing in technology - such as vehicle tracking technology to help improve fuel efficiency.

We'd like to know if you feel the use of technology to reduce carbon emissions should be rewarded with tax breaks?
