Hubspot, the marketing platform to which we subscribe to, has a built-in Predictive Lead Scoring functionality which may be used for automated decision making. A Predictive Lead Score is assigned to each contact profile. This is calculated by an algorithm which combines user demographic information with behavioural data relating to user engagement across our various digital platforms, namely: marketing emails; website and landing pages; and social platforms. Predictive Lead Scores may be used to identify and prioritise opportunities for automatic follow up, whether by telephone or email.
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal consequences for you or similarly significant effects. While we’re confident that the technology works, we understand that not everyone is comfortable with decisions being left entirely up to machines.
